I had spilled gas (for the mower) on the carpet behind the driver’s seat and wasn’t sure what to do. I took it to Carpool to see if it could be cleaned and Gina explained that the carpet could not be cleaned, it had to be replaced, cleaned underneath, new carpet ordered, etc. She also explained to me that it was covered by my insurance, which was news to me! Gina walked me through explaining to the insurance company the situation so that I could get it started as soon as possible so the gasoline wouldn’t seep further into the car. She handled everything with the insurance company well and she made sure that things were still going well several months later.
